Los Angeles Rams Unveil $16.5 Million Hermosa Beach Mansion for 2024 NFL Draft

The Los Angeles Rams have unveiled their draft house (if you can call it a house) and as is the mantra in Los Angeles, it is larger than life.

The Rams are diving into LA’s beach vibes by relocating their Draft operations seaside! They’ve partnered up with Zillow to unveil the Zillow Draft House in Hermosa Beach, CA, blending sports with the leading real estate marketplace in a fun, professional showcase.

“The NFL Draft sets the tone for the upcoming season, and we’re continuously looking for authentic ways to elevate this moment for our team, our fans, and our partners,” said Rams Chief Commercial Officer Jennifer Prince. “Zillow’s real estate expertise and industry-leading technology set a new standard for how we’re approaching this year’s draft headquarters and we are thrilled to kick off our partnership with Zillow with this acclaimed campaign.”

After spending 2022 in the Hollywood Hills and 2023 in San Fernando Valley, the 2024 headquarters will hit the coastline again, calling hip Hermosa Beach home.

The Los Angeles Rams are (as of an hour before the NFL Draft) selecting in the first round for the first time since 2016. Will their first first-round pick since Jared Goff hear their name called from Hermosa Beach? Doesn’t get more Hollywood than that!
